As our Sales Development Representative you will:

  • Connect with a high volume of leads, via phone, email, social media and WhatsApp.
  • Use social media and online research to learn about and understand leads business and needs.
  • Educate and qualify leads, moving them through the sales pipeline.
  • Close meetings for the sales team.
  • Manage a shared calendar with the Closer Sales team, closing and rescheduling meetings based on team availability and cancellations.
  • Manage and update data that enters through the CRM system.
  • Send webinar invitations and follow up with leads to ensure proper registration.



Requirements

What do we expect from you?:
  • 2 + years of SDR experience with a successful track record in SaaS sales
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to use "active listening".
  • Knowledge in the management of online meeting applications such as Zoom, Teams, Zoho meetings, Skype, etc.
  • Methodical, able to prioritize, with strong organization and time management skills
  • You are proactive and enjoy challenges; determined, adaptable, with the ability to push past the "no".
  • Experience with calendar scheduling
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Language: Spanish and English, bilingual or full professional proficiency.
