The role will be fulfilled by team-player that analyzes and understands respective needs of individuals, teams and business, acting always as an assessor and consultant of learning of the Learning as core business offering support to the more senior level roles on the Learning &LD Area in HHRR.

Curious by nature, explores and keeps up to date in trends, not only on the learning science but also in cross functional areas that feeds the area of knowledge (antropology, technology applied to learning, marketing and trends in education, future skills, UX savvy among others). Is able to identify existing learning assets and synergies, locally and global through different business areas. Is able to develop adhoc content when needed, always creating viable solutions and durable on time, with a broader vision, not only focus on solving punctual needs. Deploys and shares knowledge with a generous mindset and is able to teach in multi-methods in a local & global environtment, therefore will feel confortable and act with agility in continuous changing ecosystems. Would be a plus to be certified in agile methodologies as SCRUM, and coaching skills.

Also, the role will play a key role in leveraging the #OneAccenture, by setting an example of cross department collaboration and communication.

Basic to the role will be also have a strategic vision based always in data analysis and a strong mindset on results not compromising quality.

Obessed by security of data (data & IP protection) and the accurate application of the policies of the company and legar regulations applicable in the countries of activity of Accenture for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and subject matter experts always representing the Learning Team following the advice and guidance of more senior roles.
  • Develops and implements learning assets and programs designed to build the future skills that we will needing as Accenture, even when the skill is not well defined yet.
  • Keeps up to date the curriculum that meets business requirements and is aligned with training financial guidelines assuring it covers cutting edge contents to the area.
  • Knowing the existing learning assets, identifies capability development needs not met by current assets and creates viable plans that effectively addresses the changing business needs. “Curate first, develop after” mindset
  • Proposes whether new assets should be built in-house or procured from external vendor.
  • Provide input into and implement Capability Development strategy according to the business/market demands, priorities and Accenture strategy for the respective entity
  • For vendor assets, assists with vendor relationship management and managing vendor performance. Assists in efforts to select and contract with external vendors when required (leverage Accenture Learning and Procurement where appropriate).
  • Offers support to more senior roles in the Learning & Leadership Development department to Keep up to date the knowledge about vendors ecosystem in Iberia, takes care of maintaining and grow the networking with those identified as the best ones.
  • Tracks and analyzes training expenses against pre-defined budget and ensures good ROI results actions and alignment in the annual planification. Raises up when there is misalignments.
  • Offers support to more senior roles in the Learning & Leadership Development department to Provide service delivery support for training calendar delivery for the required entity and ensures adequate participation in the calendar events (leverage Accenture learning where appropriate)
  • Keeps the documentation of processes up to date and curated.
