Main Responsibilities

and Daily Tasks

  • Be the customer enquiry responsible from start to finish, monitoring every step.
  • Answer customer calls to understand customer enquiries.
  • Monitor cases in Salesforce consoles.
  • Responsible to solve enquiry if not technical.
  • Schedule and dispatch Field Service Technicians customer visits.

  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably a technical degree.
  • Preferably experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • At minimum, experience with CRM systems, scheduling and/or planning tools.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Technical background.
  • Knowledge of printing or packaging industry is highly desirable.
