We are looking for a passionate Business Development Specialist to help the expansion of our ticketing services across Spain . A subsidiary of Viva Wallet, Viva Services offers a pan-european ticketing marketplace with 11 years of experience, thousands of clients and millions of tickets issued annualy.

To excel in this role you should be an active listener, a self-starter and have a hunger to chase and close new business. Experience in the entertainment industry or/and ticketing platforms will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities:
· Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
· Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
· Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
· Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
· Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
· Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
· Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
· Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Requirements:
· Experience in both the project management and sales side of attracting new business (2-5 years)
· Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
· Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients
· Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software
· Attention to detail and organization skills
· Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
